Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for a peaceful night's sleep. But the real highlight of this property is its outdoor space. Step outside to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the inviting hot tub. Fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue feast, or gather around the gas fire pit or wood fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The home is located on a gravel alley way. Jefferson memorial park and restaurants are just minutes away. To assist in maintaining our cleaning fees at a minimum, we kindly ask that you adhere to our checkout guidelines. The pool and hot tub area are enclosed by a fence and commonly used barefoot. For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing any glass items into this area. Additionally, pets are not permitted within the fenced area due to concerns regarding waste cleanup. Guests found in violation of these rules may be asked to vacate the premises and will be responsible for covering the entire cost of any necessary service or repairs billed by our contractors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please note that the pool and spa are serviced by a local contractor a minimum of once per week, typically on Wednesday or Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If your stay overlaps with one of these days, you may experience a temporary disruption while the service is being completed. The contractor will only need access to the backyard (they will not enter the home) and will usually be on-site for 15–30 minutes, though visits can occasionally last up to an hour.
