You’ll receive a unique access code before check-in—this code is only valid during your scheduled stay and will not work before your check-in time or after checkout. Please do not attempt early or late entry, as the system will deny access. To unlock the door: Tap the Yale smart lock to wake it up—the keypad will light up. Enter your code, then press the ✅ checkmark. Wait for the lock to finish disengaging (you’ll hear it stop). Once it's quiet, then open the door. 🚫 Important: Don’t pull the door while the lock is still unlocking—this can jam the mechanism and prevent entry. Let us know if you have any trouble!
